A travel in the past of traditional farming. Welcoming and educating. Need to understand some french though.
Excellent visit to see the Aubrac plateau and enjoy a good aligot cooked on wood fire. You need to bring everything else including plates, cutlery, wine and your sausage for which the buron will provide a grill and fire.

Seen during a report on TF1, we were lucky that this place was on our vacation route. We decided to stop there to taste this ALIGOT and we did not regret it. One word: EXCELLENT. In a natural setting, this buron is exceptional. The welcome is very family-friendly. It was a very nice discovery. A big thank you to all of you and well done👏
When a true place of tradition welcomes you in a place as exotic as possible. And what's more, you can enjoy a good aligot in a simple, all-inclusive menu for €35 from the aperitif to the café. You should go there with your eyes closed but that would be a shame because the landscape is so beautiful.
